The services are exceptional, including a lovely pool. As I remember free Wi-Fi was available in public areas. It has absolutely perfect and magnificent location to see Holbox Island. The area is extra comfy very close to the better restaurants and the island after check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach but still close to the center of the village. It was great to be able to relax on the beach all day and easily access all the tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable rooms that were spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a choice of either a small fruit plate or a traditional Mexican dish. this hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The staff at this 4-star hotel was amazing and terrific. The cozy room was lovely and the pastries were delicious. The shower was the best one I've had at a hotel. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was satisfactory, especially the cappuccino and delicious pastries.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and stunning grounds. The beach set up for guests is also excellent. I spent the majority of my trip lounging under a palapa on a comfortable lounge bed. The location of the hotel is a big plus, as it is within walking distance to everything you may need or want during your stay.

On the downside, the service at the hotel was quite slow. It was difficult to get the attention of servers, whether it was for ordering breakfast or getting service on the beach.
